We want to get your hat to you ASAP.

  • Risk of Loss: Once we hand your package over to the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.), the "risk of loss" passes to you.

  • Shipping Times: Any delivery dates provided are estimates, not guarantees.

4. Returns and Refunds

We want you to love your purchase.

  • Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition within 14 days of purchase.

  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.

5. Intellectual Property

Everything on this site—the logo, the "Homies Are Therapy" name, the hat designs, and the photos—belongs to us. Please don't copy, reproduce, or sell our content without our written permission. That wouldn't be very "homie" of you.
